Use of Ask Ollie
Ask Ollie is provided for authorized organization use only. Users may access the service only with an approved Google account or company email sign-in and an active organization membership.
HR Guidance
Ask Ollie provides document-grounded HR assistance and may recommend human review. It does not replace HR, legal, payroll, benefits, or management judgment. Users should escalate sensitive, ambiguous, or high-impact questions to an authorized HR representative.
User Responsibilities
Users must not upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated content; attempt to access another organization's data; bypass security controls; or use the service to make automated employment decisions without human review.
Availability
The service is provided using third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Availability, accuracy, and response latency may vary. BitBear Systems may update, suspend, or modify the service to maintain security and reliability.
